Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Parcel: If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging that has clearly impacted the contents.
- Died Plants: If a plant arrives dead or dies within 2 days of delivery.
Refund And Returns Policy :-Proof RequirementsÂ
For all eligible returns, you must provide clear and sufficient proof:
- Video Proof: A continuous, unedited video clearly showing the damaged parcel upon arrival or the condition of the dead plant(s).
- Photo Proof: Clear, well-lit photographs detailing the damage to the parcel or the dead plant(s) from multiple angles.
Without proper video or photo proof, we will be unable to process your return.
Return Application Timeline
You must submit your return request with the required video and/or photo proof within 2 days of the delivery date. Applications received after this 2-day window will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Gather your video and/or photo proof.
- Contact our customer service team at info@mgplantnursery.com or Text us on WhatsApp Number 9875682700 within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach your video and/or photo proof to your email.
Refunds and Replacements
Once your return request is approved based on the provided proof, we will offer you a:
- Full Refund: The original purchase price of the damaged/dead item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Replacement: We can send you a replacement for the damaged/dead item(s), subject to availability.
The choice between a refund or replacement will be discussed with you upon approval of your return.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for plants that die due to improper care after delivery. Please refer to our plant care guides for advice on how to best care for your new plants.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections or a few dropped leaves are normal during transit and do not qualify for a return.
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from our online nursery.
